Dry brushing is a great way to support the lymphatic system. It helps remove waste from the body, leading to less bloating, clearer skin, better digestion and more. In my experience, I feel a good energy boost after dry brushing. I do this right before the shower and make sure to moisturize afterwards!
Twice Weekly Exfoliants
Exfoliation is a great way to deep clean your skin. Gentle exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells, remove excess oil and brighten skin. Try not to overdo the exfoliator as it can cause the skin to thin and wrinkle more easily. I prefer to exfoliate after a hard workout or when I notice pimples.
If you have never used a gua sha device before, the results will blow your mind. This is a facial sculpting technique that uses a small crystal or stainless steel tool. It’s so easy to reshape your face in just a few sessions. I put this on my face after washing and oiling.

Eating and exercising according to your period is a great way to balance your body. I find that when I’m in sync with my cycle, I sleep better, have more energy, feel better and generally feel happier. This is a great way to learn about your hormones and work with your body to improve your health and well-being.
Drink plenty of water
Hydration is one of the best ways to keep your skin plump and youthful. After a few days of moisturizing, I could see that my lines were getting deeper and more visible. Choose your favorite water bottle and set an alarm on your phone to remind you to drink!
Stress is one of the easiest ways to age. Nourish the skin and reduce premature aging. Take time to relax and ask for help when you need it. (I’m telling you moms!) Slow down your day by scheduling time to rest, get outside, and don’t be afraid to put yourself first. Your skin will thank you.
